As I mentioned in an old post, one of my goals as I work toward running the marathon is to lose 40 pounds. I am 5’5,” have a medium frame, and tend to gain muscle easily. That tendency may affect my end goal, depending on how my exciting new running muscles change my weight. I’m flexible.
Week 5 (2/16/10): 168.5 lbs
Week 4 (2/8/10): 170 lbs
Week 3 (2/1/10): 171.5 lbs
Week 2 (1/25/10): 173 lbs
Week 1 (1/18/19): 175 lbs
